• Build and optimize the management team, exercising full authority over senior-level hiring and retention
• Deliver market intelligence and feedback to South African headquarters to guide product and strategic decisions
• Optimise market share and enhance organizational efficiency through structural improvements, process optimization, and disciplined execution
• Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and strong digital performance.
• Act as the company’s public and regulatory representative in Ghana, fostering positive stakeholder relationships and goodwill
