Job Description

Role Overview :-

As a Recruiter Intern, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within our company. You’ll learn the end-to-end recruitment process, interact with potential candidates, and gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.

• Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.

• Support employer branding and internship outreach campaigns.
