JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role:
- Team sales Manager is required for Handling Tractor Loan “through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers.
- For Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executive
- For Handling Yearly business approx.500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr).
- Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship.
- Management, working on existing customer’s data, etc. in his area of Operation.
Job Requirement:
- Team Handling Exp. – Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. Is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees).
- Exp. – Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry.
Should be from vehicle finance industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc
- Preference will be given from Vehicle Finance industry.
