About 2070 Health
2070 Health is India's first venture studio, established by W Health Ventures. It builds healthcare companies from scratch by identifying gaps in the market that remain unserved. Unlike an accelerator, the studio is directly involved in idea generation, daily operations, and strategic decisions as each company grows. Companies established in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, Everhope Oncology, and Everbright Health.
About the role
The AI-Native GTM Associate runs the studio's outbound engine across email and LinkedIn. This is not a standard SDR position. It is designed for an AI-native operator early in their career who will own the full outbound workflow and use AI to produce the output of a much larger team. The role combines hands-on execution with close guidance from the team in the early months, and a clear path to building and leading the function over time.
This is a non-client-facing role. It builds and runs the outbound engine. Booked conversations and any client, customer, or investor relationships are handled by the research and investment teams, not by this role.
What the role owns and learns
The role covers the full outbound workflow. Prior mastery of every part is not required. What matters is the ability to learn each part quickly, run it independently once learned, and improve it with AI. The team will provide direct, hands-on guidance in the early months to build the outreach fundamentals. The workflow includes the following.
- Data sourcing. Building target lists from a defined ICP.
- Data enrichment and hygiene. Verifying, deduplicating, and completing records, increasingly through AI.
- Sending infrastructure. Setting up domains, mailboxes, warmup, and sending limits, typically through a platform such as Instantly.
- Deliverability. Monitoring and maintaining inbox placement and reply rates, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Copywriting. Writing cold emails that generate replies from a US audience.
- Campaign execution. Running multi-touch sequences across email and LinkedIn, including follow-ups.
- Measurement and optimization. Tracking performance, running tests, and improving results.
The role of AI
AI is central to how this role operates. The expectation is an operator who already builds with AI, not one who is merely curious about it. A strong candidate will have used AI to perform work that would otherwise require a team, across research, enrichment, personalization, and automation. Relevant examples include the following.
- Building enrichment and research steps with tools such as Clay AI columns or prompt chains.
- Using LLMs such as Claude to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
- Connecting tools through light automation using Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Adopting new tools quickly and judging which ones add value.
- Primary tools: Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, and a CRM such as HubSpot.
Scope of work
The role supports two use cases, introduced in sequence as experience builds.
New thesis research and early sales, as the starting point. Working with the research team to test new company ideas in healthcare. This involves identifying the experts, clinicians, operators, and potential customers worth engaging, running outreach to book those conversations, and returning the resulting signal in a form the team can act on.
Fund outreach, at a later stage. Once the outreach fundamentals are established, expanding the fund's relationships through researched, personalized outreach to downstream investors and potential LPs, including building and maintaining target lists, running sequences, and managing follow-up.
Working model
The role operates on a project basis, with defined deliverables and timelines. In the early months, the team will invest daily time to build the outreach fundamentals and provide guidance. As proficiency grows, the role becomes increasingly self-directed, with performance measured on outcomes rather than daily activity.
Growth path
This position establishes a new function at 2070 Health, starting as a single-person team. The early focus is on learning the fundamentals and running research and early-sales outreach well. As results build, the scope expands to fund and LP outreach, and in time to building and leading the team. The learning curve is steep, the guidance is real, and the scope of ownership grows with demonstrated results.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a go-to-market, sales, growth, or consulting role, with a well-rounded record rather than a narrow specialization.
- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI to perform real work, with specific workflows or builds that produced results.
- Clear evidence of ownership: a project, initiative, or outcome carried largely independently, ideally in an early-stage or ambiguous setting.
- Strong written English, with the ability to write cold emails that read as though written by a person.
- The ability to learn quickly and operate with limited ramp-up time.
- A strong academic or professional pedigree, indicating a high standard of work.
- Genuine interest in outreach and go-to-market as a craft. Healthcare experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
This role is not a fit if
- The background is purely technical or engineering, with no interest in go-to-market or sales.
- AI use is limited to occasional assistance rather than building real workflows.
- A fixed playbook and continuous direction are required to remain productive.
- Ownership has been limited to executing tasks defined by others.
- The interest is in a conventional SDR role rather than in building a function.
