User Experience Designer II

As a User Experience Designer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive and user-centric designs. You will lead the design process from concept development to final implementation, ensuring that design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

In this role, you will impact the user experience of our products and solutions, ensuring that they are user-centered, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers. By creating amazing user experiences, you will contribute to the success of our products in the marketplace and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define user experience goals and requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into intuitive and usercentric designs
• Contribute to the design process from concept development to final implementation
• Ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles
