Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.
Must have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure
Good to have skills : DevOps
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. You will engage with users and clients directly, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your role ensures the smooth operation and stability of various technology platforms by adhering to established procedures and operating models, fostering a reliable and high-quality support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution progress.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure management and automation principles.
• Familiarity with cloud service models and deployment strategies on Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, networks, and application platforms.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining service stability and performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
• This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
