Contract Staff AI Engineer (LLM-Powered RAG & Agents)

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

The AI Engineer will serve as a key technical team member specializing in Agentic RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, GenAI Engineering, and Software Engineering.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Act as a technical expert in Agentic RAG, Agents & Agent Orchestration, Agent Harness Engineering and driving the exploration and adoption of emerging AI capabilities.
• Prototype and develop GenAI-powered solutions across web, desktop, and digital workplace platforms, leveraging built-in AI capabilities and modern agent frameworks to accelerate business value realization.
• Design, implement, and optimize agent ecosystems, including agent workflows, multi-agent collaboration, tool integration, memory management, retrieval systems, and orchestration patterns to support complex enterprise use cases.
• Leverage on Agent Harness platforms and evaluation frameworks to enable experimentation, benchmarking, observability, guardrails, testing, and continuous improvement of AI agents throughout their lifecycle.
• Drive research, innovation, and proof-of-concept activities to evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and agent architectures, translating findings into scalable and reusable enterprise solutions.

• This is a 24 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company

• Masters Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent.

• Profile/Experience:

  • Exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic RAG, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise and Gemini Agent Platform.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK) and GenAI protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A) for building, integrating, and orchestrating intelligent agent ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Agent Orchestration, Agent Harness, evaluation frameworks, observability, and agent lifecycle management, including integration with enterprise systems and knowledge sources.
  • Experience with Software Engineering best practices, including Python development, Git, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and RESTful services, to support scalable AI solution development.
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift for deployment and operations; experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building AI-powered web applications and agent user interfaces is an advantage.
