Vice President, Global Regulatory & Policy Management

We are seeking a Vice President to join Global Regulatory & Policy Management (GRPM) within the Reporting, Quality & Insights (RQ&I) team. RQ&I delivers centralized reporting, LLM, quality control, regulatory insights, and continuous process improvement across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) for GRPM.

As a Vice President within Global Regulatory & Policy Management (GRPM), you will support the deployment of Data Management capabilities, AI-enabled use cases, and centralized QA/Reporting process to improve consistency, efficiency, and transparency across GRPM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CIB Regulatory Policy Management reporting and management information (MI), including dashboards and metrics.
  • Design and implement automated data-processing solutions with minimal manual intervention.
  • Deep dive into firmwide LLM tools to design and deliver GRPM use cases; iteratively refine prompts and knowledge bases (and model configurations, where applicable) and test outputs to meet requirements across the regulatory review lifecycle.
  • Help build and enhance quality assurance (QA) processes for Regulatory Policy Management reporting, including validation steps, approvals, controls, and audit trails.
  • Coordinate delivery across data owners, Risk/Compliance partners, and regional teams across time zones.
  • Support the automated generation of newsletters and policy communications using repeatable, data-driven methods (e.g., templates, scheduling, and distribution lists).
  • Identify and execute opportunities to reduce manual effort in BAU reporting and communications through standardization and automation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Data analytics or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, finance, or banking, with an understanding of CIB products.
  • 5+ years of experience in data, controls, governance, regulatory operations, compliance, risk management, business management, project management, or a related financial services discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience building AI/ML processes or applications end-to-end (from problem definition through deployment, testing, and ongoing improvement).
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language used for ML/automation (e.g., Python) and strong database scripting skills (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and senior stakeholders simultaneously globally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • Experience with legal obligations, regulatory inventories, policy governance, and/or regulatory technology tools.
  • Familiarity with Qlik reporting, regression data models or emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Experience supporting testing, change implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Audit, Controls, and/or Operations functions.
