Senior Project Leader Test Technology Innovation

In this role, you will lead strategic technology and change management initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization, and drive projects from concept to successful implementation.

You will be responsible for managing final test manufacturing enablement projects, aligning requirements across business units, package development teams, production sites, and central functions, while ensuring seamless execution through strong project leadership and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support Test Technology Development Teams to manage Final Test manufacturing enablement and change management projects.
• Align project requirements across various stakeholders, including business units, package development teams, production sites, and central functions.
• Own project execution and guide a multidisciplinary team from project inception through completion, providing regular progress reports and maintaining proper documentation.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant working experience in a High-Tech Manufacturing Environment.
• Strong interest in Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination.
• Possess strong Leadership Qualities with excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• This is a 2 years contract (renewable/ convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
