To maintain accessibility, responsiveness, good communication and a professional appearance.
To adhere to all safety standards and procedures (GCG, Airlines, Local and International)
Ensure airlines meals are packed according to final counts (add or remove meals/tray set ups as per final count)
To deliver all requested charter items in a timely manner.
To ensure tray set-ups and food trolleys are packed and stored according to specification.
To ensure that customer equipment is packed according to specifications.
To use loading diagrams to ensure that each piece of equipment is loaded into the correct position in the aircraft galley
To ensure all menu items are loaded according to the final check sheet before kitchen departure
To ensure assembled modules are loaded into catering vehicles in a timely manner.
To ensure aircraft is catered on time in accordance with airline specifications
To ensure that dirty equipment is appropriately handled and placed in required areas for cleaning.
To perform any other duties as they relate to the Department and as directed by the Department Head.
