Your Team

The Order Capabilitlies & Enablement Squadowns and develops business capabilities for B2B acquisition journey focusing on order orchestration and relevant enablement capabilities. The role is part of an agile Tribe organization and a large IT transformation initiative in our B2B domain.

• Drive the development and evolution of order orchestration capabilities through strategic SaaS partnerships, ensuring scalable and business-aligned solutions

• Design and enhance IT enablement capabilities, including seamless end-to-end integration between the SaaS platform and the Magenta IT landscape

• Define the product vision, own squad outcomes, and prioritize a transparent backlog to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with tribe and program objectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align priorities, manage expectations, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables

• Foster a high-performing Agile squad culture by promoting ownership, continuous improvement, cross-team collaboration, and sustainable delivery excellence

• Do you have 5-7 years of experience in IT, Product Ownership, or software development, with a strong focus on service-oriented architectures and complex integration landscapes?

• Do you bring hands-on experience with Telco BSS environments and SaaS-based solutions, ideally within the B2B domain?

• Are you a results-driven professional who combines critical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a willingness to experiment in order to create business value?

• Are you an effective communicator and stakeholder manager, capable of leading cross-functional Agile teams, aligning diverse perspectives, and driving solutions in complex environments?

• Do you embrace change, enjoy solving challenging problems, and inspire others through a collaborative mindset, Agile values, and a strong sense of ownership?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of € 4.175,76 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
