Do you thrive when dealing with complex, challenging projects? Are you a seasoned HLT professional? As a supervisor for Mammoet, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating a team of skilled operatives to prepare, execute and demobilize important and often high-profile heavy lifting and transportation work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Taking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned work
• Leading a team with a range of different roles and skills
• Providing direction and expert knowledge
• Overseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and effectively
• Add any role specific duties/responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Expert level experience in HLT operations, methods, techniques and equipment. Professional level experience in people management. Excellent customer service and situational analysis
• English, professional proficiency verbal and written
• Safety training and certification to Operational Supervisor level, to Mammoet standards
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
• Ten years of relevant work experience in horizontal and vertical transport
• Secondary education (ref. ISCED level 3-4)
