We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Piping to join our team on the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead piping construction activities on a key project, working alongside an experienced leadership team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
As Superintendent Piping, you will provide direction to Supervisors, trades and subcontractors while ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

The Role

  • Lead all piping construction and installation activities to safely achieve project objectives.
  • Manage Supervisors, crews and subcontractors to deliver project milestones on schedule.
  • Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, compliance and workforce engagement.
  • Oversee project performance including productivity, quality, resource planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasting, risks and reporting to support successful project delivery.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Recognised Australian Trade Qualification with current White/Blue Card and C Class Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a Superintendent or senior construction leadership role within mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, resource management, cost control and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
  • Experience delivering major brownfield and greenfield projects, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite highly regarded.
