We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Projects Team in Geelong Australia. This role provides administrative, reporting, mobilisation and document-control support to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with company requirements.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams, including project setup, close-out, archiving, reporting and team communications.
- Coordinate personnel mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including onboarding, site access, inductions, systems access, resource tracking and new starter communications.
- Support health, safety and compliance activities through monitoring safety actions, MOC registers, training compliance, incident reporting and safety meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, KPIs, schedules, resource forecasts, dashboards, databases, pivot tables and performance data.
- Assist with document control, technical records management, drawing transfers, filing, metadata administration and record retention.
- Coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas, issuing invitations, tracking actions and maintaining action registers.
- Support team engagement initiatives, project updates, internal communications and milestone recognition activities.
