As Campus Administration Support, you'll be at the heart of village life, supporting daily operations, building meaningful relationships with residents and visitors, and helping shape a positive community experience alongside a passionate and supportive team.

What you'll be doing
As Campus Administration Support, you'll work closely with the Campus Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our retirement living community.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors and stakeholders
• Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
• Supporting resident activities, events and community engagement initiatives
• Managing administrative processes, records and documentation
• Assisting with resident communications, newsletters and meetings
• Supporting reporting, budget administration and operational activities
• Building positive relationships across the campus and wider Uniting team
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents and visitors.
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
• Experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, organised and proactive approach to your work
• Confidence using digital systems and managing administrative processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Experience within retirement living, aged care or a similar community-based environment will be highly regarded.
