You could be responsible for:
• Leading and inspiring your team to smash sales targets and KPIs
• Driving store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage
• Creating an exceptional customer experience and motivating your team to do the same
• Receiving and processing high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy
• Keeping the stockroom organised, efficient and ready for action
• Maintaining an exciting, on-brand store environment
• Jumping onto the shop floor and supporting your team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for sneakers and streetwear.
You’ll ideally have:
• A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience
• A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
• Previous retail, leadership or stockroom experience — a bonus, but not essential
• A motivated, driven “Make It Happen” attitude
• The confidence and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required
