Job Description
The role
As a Broker Support Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in the success of Beyond Bank’s Third-Party Broker Channel. Working within a high-performing and fast paced environment, you will work within the Broker Operations team and deal directly with Brokers, Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless management and progression of home loan applications.
The role combines operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and lending administration expertise to deliver outstanding broker and member experiences. You will take ownership of loan application workflows, manage enquiries and escalations, coordinate key lending activities and contribute to continuous improvement of processes that support the growth and success of the Broker Channel.
In this role, you will
- Deliver timely, professional and solution-focused support to Brokers, members and internal stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate mortgage applications throughout the lending lifecycle, ensuring efficient progression and quality outcomes
- Build trusted broker relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness and ownership of enquiries
- Support brokers with policy guidance, documentation requirements, applications updates and scenario assistance
- Coordinate and resolve enquiries, issues and escalation in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records across lending and CRM systems while ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Prioritise competing workloads to achieve agreed service levels and operational objectives
- Support broker accreditation administration and commission processing activities
- Identify and escalate and assist in resolving operational, quality and compliance risks
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiently, service delivery and broker experience
- Support knowledge sharing, capability development and positive team culture within Broker Operations

You are a highly organised and customer-focus professional who enjoys working in a high volume environment where no two days are the same. You bring a strong service mindset, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently and proactively and are motivated by delivery positive outcomes for both brokers and members.
- Experience in lending, broker support, banking or financial services administration
- Understanding of home lending processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
