Delivery Coordinator

easyauto123 Joondalup is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. As the final point of contact before customers drive away in their new vehicle, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every handover is memorable, seamless, and professional.

About the Role

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the vehicle delivery process from sale to handover. You'll work closely with Sales, Administration, Finance, and Vehicle Preparation teams to ensure every customer receives an outstanding delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and customer handover appointments
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments to prepare vehicles for delivery
• Conduct professional vehicle handovers and explain key vehicle features
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems
• Manage registration and delivery documentation requirements
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with vehicle stock movements and delivery logistics as required

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, automotive retail, or a similar coordination role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Intermediate computer skills and experience using business systems
• A current driver's licence is essential
