As Business Support Specialist you will support our team in daily activities and communications. You will be primarily focused on commercial tasks and be in close contact with customers and employees leading and supporting various commercial, accounting and execution activities.

As a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Provide all required inputs and full support for commercial reviews
• Full cycle of quotations and associated commercial models preparation
• Adhere to global BH commercial procedures and policies
• Preparation of invoice support documentation
• Consolidation of billing packs into a single PDF format
• Invoice submission via Ariba
• Processing through Prokon and PIT systems
• Managing third-party requests, including documentation preparation and workflow completion via DocuSign
• Arrange sign of Service tickets in DocuSign
• Process and review of SOWAR documents
• Provide general Office and administrative assistance
• Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes, suggests improvements
• Data gathering and analysis, working with 1C system
• Contribution to the projects as a team member

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 2-3 years of expertise in commercial/AP Accounting
• Have Bachelor Degree
• Have Fluent Azerbaijani, English, Russian is a plus
• Have hands on experience in Excel
• Have experience with 1C and SAP is advantage
