Role Overview:

Responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby area, designated offices, guests rooms or other designated area in the hotel rooms. Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Housekeeping Supervisors. Create an Exceptional Memorable Experience (EME) for each and every guest while interacting on a daily basis.

Main Key Responsibilities:

• Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris on floors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters, sweep floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas.
• Provide timely delivery of any items requested by guests. Retrieve items from guest rooms and return to proper storage areas.
• Collect used linen from the restaurants and guest rooms and deliver to the laundry at designated times.
• Collect fresh linen from the laundry and deliver to restaurants and housekeeping area as designated times.
• Clean windows, flats, table tops, patio door tracks, exhaust and ceiling fans in rooms as assigned.
• Clean floors and steps, along corridors and in restaurant areas using heavy-duty scrubber or mop as necessary.
• Clean woodwork, lights and fixtures in and around guest rooms as necessary.
• Assist in moving heavy items to facilitate cleaning of assigned rooms or public areas.
• Assist in the supply and removal of cribs, extra beds, pillows, high chairs and other items to guest rooms, as requested.

• Must be able to walk, lift (in excess of 50lbs), stretch, push, and bend.
• Must be able to work around dust, fumes and chemicals
