Job Identification

We are seeking for an Quality Assurance Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain Team.

What We Expect

  1. QA Engineers create and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  2. Conducting inspections at various stages of production, from raw material to finished products, to ensure quality standards are being met. Identifying defects, non-conformances, or inconsistencies during testing and inspection.
  3. To supervise or carry the processes under his/her responsibility and also performed by quality assurance operators/technicians (laboratory, syrup, microbiology, water treatment, wastewater treatment, water sources) to conduct analyzes, when necessary, to ensure that company standards and legal regulations are applied and procedures are followed.
  4. Ensuring that all quality-related documentation is maintained accurately, including test plans, protocols, reports, and manuals. Maintaining the documentation of any other documents advised by CCI & TCCC.
  5. To improve GMP and housekeeping implementations within the responsible areas. GMP audit conductance as per set protocol. Maintain the GMP instruction of each area. Microbiological sampling, testing and implementing environmental monitoring plan (EMP).
  6. Ensures that products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (such as BSTI, ISO etc.). They work to meet quality and safety requirements imposed by governmental bodies or industry regulations.
  7. To keep the material and material aid stocks under control in order to provide water and syrup production required for production, to create Purchase requisitions and monitor the order and arrival of materials, to ensure the correct use of the equipment. To lead the related productions by using the processes under his/her responsibility in a way to ensure the internal and external customer requests and satisfaction at the highest level. To monitor and take actions for material yields of responsibilities.
  8. To supervise the execution of production in line with GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, CCI and TCCC requirements in order to ensure the efficiency of the quality system, to monitor the nonconformities and to initiate and follow up the necessary corrective/preventive activities, to report the nonconformities by sharing with other departments.
  9. To plan, attend/lead necessary Internal Audits. To ensure that calibration and maintenance activities are carried out regularly and ensure the efficient use of QA software such as SAP system.
  10. To carry out activities to ensure consumer/customer satisfaction, to follow up complaints and initiate CA&PA to visit customers/consumers when needed; regularly report consumer complaints and DMR’s.
  11. To participate in the establishment and management of Quality/Management Systems and the documentation required by them; to follow up the necessary updates.
  12. To contact the suppliers regarding the procurement of the materials required for the department and quality problems.
  13. Traceability implementation, record keeping and verification of effectiveness for material, process, product
  14. Marketplace monitoring for freshness, product and package performance evaluation
  15. Pest control program implementation and verification of its effectiveness
  16. Must be a qualified Sensory panel member and participate in PT program. Must be engaged in sensory programs like familiarization,
  17. To carry out the work according to the Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Food Safety and Energy Management Systems’ requirements established by the plant.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology
  • Knowledge of Food Processing
  • High level of GMP Knowledge and ISO standards.
  • Advanced level of English
  • At least 5 years of experience (Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience)
