Our HR Outsourcing team provides flexible, tailored solutions to help organisations manage the employee lifecycle and daily operations efficiently, from temporary support to fully outsourced HR services.

Are you curious about HR, technology and how people experience work? Then you may be the Tech Savvy HR Officer we are looking for to strengthen our HR Outsourcing team.

You support a variety of in-house projects across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and employee experience. You combine this broad HR exposure with digital tools, data and AI to help clients improve everyday HR services.

This is how you will make an impact:

• You support talent processes such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and performance;

• You coordinate HR administration and key moments across the employee lifecycle;

• You keep HR systems, employee data and reporting accurate and useful;

• You use digital tools and AI to improve HR processes and the employee experience.

Your Story

We are looking for a curious and energetic HR professional who recognizes themselves in the profile below:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, psychology, business or a related field, with up to four years of HR experience;

• You have gained first experience with talent processes such as recruitment, onboarding, learning or performance;

• You are organized, eager to learn and curious about HR technology, data and AI;

• You communicate fluently in Dutch or French and English.
