As a Consultant, you will contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on public services and on organizations that make a difference in citizens' daily lives.

What will you do?

As a Consultant, you will work on challenging projects within the public sector.

You will:

• Analyze and map business processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizations in strengthening their internal control environment.
• Improve processes by making them more efficient, simpler, and future-proof.
• Analyze data to generate insights and develop improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to audits, process reviews, and organizational assessments.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for management, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts in data, technology, cybersecurity, sustainability, and organizational development.

Let's talk about you

What do you bring?

• A Master's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal audit, risk management, process improvement, or organizational development.
• An interest in the operations and challenges of government bodies and public organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
• Affinity with process improvement, governance, risk management, or internal controls.
• Interest in data analytics and technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
• Certifications such as CIA, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or Agile are considered a plus.
