Lead Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.

About the role:

As a Lead Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of the one of the client’s core project
• Manage engineers in the team by providing support in everyday work
• Prioritise and refine incoming work together with a team
• Align with all relevant stakeholders on new requests and changes
• Release, risk and dependency management
• People management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Engineering or Delivery Manager
• Able to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems
• Delivering high-quality software projects, using established best practices, and being able to implement mechanisms to ensure the quality is kept during its lifecycle
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Critical thinking and good communication skills

• Perform a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contexts
• Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
• Able to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectively
• Influence customers and team members on the project level
• Plan, schedule and monitor your own work competently
• Have learning agility (readiness for challenge and being open to change)
• Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must
