The Events Coordinator & Lifestyle Curator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse portfolio of lifestyle, guests, and private events that bring the brand to life and create meaningful experiences. This role blends creative lifestyle curation with strong operational execution across guest-facing programming, private dinners, weddings, group events, and social celebrations. Working closely with the Catering, Events, and Food & Beverage teams, the role manages the full event lifecycle—from concept development and planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up—ensuring every event reflects the brand, meets guest expectations, and is delivered seamlessly and profitably.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifestyle Programming, Guest & Private Events
· Curate and coordinate lifestyle-driven programming and guest experiences aligned with the brand identity.
· Plan and manage a range of events including guest events, private dinners, weddings, group events, social celebrations, corporate gatherings, and community activations.
· Support the planning and execution of bespoke, high-touch events tailored to individual client and guest needs.
· Stay up to date on lifestyle, hospitality, and event trends to keep offerings relevant and elevated.
Event Planning, Coordination & Operations
· Coordinate the full lifecycle of events from enquiry and planning through execution and close-out.
· Work closely with Catering and F&B teams to align menus, service style, staffing, and operational flow.
· Prepare event timelines, BEOs, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational checklists.
· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, entertainers, florists, stylists, and production partners to ensure smooth delivery.
· Ensure all events meet brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
· Build relationships with local creatives, vendors, wedding professionals, brands, and community partners.
· Support partnerships and collaborations that enhance guest experiences and lifestyle programming.
· Act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, sponsors, and VIP guests as required.
Marketing & Guest Engagement
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotion of lifestyle events, weddings, and group offerings.
· Assist with content ideas, event storytelling, and guest communications.
On-Site Event Execution & Guest Experience
· Lead and support on-site execution of guest events, private dinners, weddings, and group functions.
· Oversee guest experience, service flow, and event atmosphere, resolving any issues in real time.
· Support and guide event, catering, and service teams to ensure high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Post-Event Review & Continuous Improvement
· Conduct post-event evaluations including guest feedback, attendance, and cost review.
· Identify opportunities to improve service, operations, and guest experience across future events.
· Share insights and recommendations with senior management to support event and lifestyle strategy.
· Act as Manager on Duty when necessary to ensure operational issues are promptly resolved.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years’ experience in event coordination, lifestyle programming, weddings, or hospitality events.
· Strong organizational and operational skills with experience managing multiple event types simultaneously.
· Creative mindset with a strong understanding of guest experience and bespoke service delivery.
· Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
· Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and staffing.
· Proficiency in event management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
