What you will do:
- Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
- Proactively assess team needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Be the ambassador for TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
- Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a large, global organization; international exposure strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently deliver targeted results amid significant ambiguity and complexity.
- Track record of successfully leading large, complex projects in fast-paced, matrixed, global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with emphasis on learning & development, organizational development, and/or talent management; background in change management, management consulting, or as an HR Business Partner is a plus.
- Outstanding critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with diverse, global stakeholders and customers.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience in HR related to culture and employment laws in the Latin American market is highly desirable.
