We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Order undefined professional to join our Global Logistics Team. The role oversees end-to-end order management and leads shipping issue resolution. It supports Akamai's global platform by coordinating with 3PL, manufacturers, vendors, carriers, and customs. Key priorities include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining system accuracy, and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction across international operations.

Akamai Cloud Platform team takes ownership for planning, building, maintaining and operating our global platform. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying essential technologies. This encompasses hardware, software, and network infrastructure supporting all Akamai products. The team ensures consistent availability and performance for our customers.

As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfilment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Addressing shipping disruptions such as delays, lost shipments, customs holds and compliance issues effectively.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor order status and returns.
• Partnering with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and flag inventory discrepancies, and improve undefined speed.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability.
• Building ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they hit set milestones.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or its equivalent
• Have experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.
• Be experienced in fulfilment/order management and end-to-end logistics process.
• Be familiar with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight processes.
• Have advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Be familiar with working across systems (ERP, WMS, tracking tools).
• Have Cross-Docking experience, and basic knowledge in Brazil import/export.
