As our Test Manager focused on Test data, you will:

• Bepart of a QA Competence center (Q-Lab)
• Define and contribute to Test data management strategy in KBC
• Define mocking and stubbing approaches
• Align points of view of different stakeholders
• Discuss with Competence center, Testers, Developers and Architects test data management solutions
• Finding solutions and approaches for Test data selection and Test data provisioning
• Identify and proactively tackle organisational and technical obstacles
• Lead implementation projects to deliver defined roadmaps

Key competences that will help you succeed:

• experience/awareness & interest in test data
• previous testing experience is required: test data search/creation, unit/component/integration/E2E test types
• Ability to understand what data is needed for testing
• Understanding of databases and data structure (tables, relationships) in Mainframe - sufficient from testing experience
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple steps
• Thinking in a structured and logical way
• Focus on finding practical solutions
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
• Comfortable working with multiple teams &roles (ARTs, architects, testers)
• Able to explain topics clearly and align people
• Comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully clear & defined
• Not giving up when obstacles occur
• Ability to work with data queries (e.g. SQL) - nice to have
