The Project and the Role Description

We are currently looking for a SolutionArchitect(MDM/PIM) to join our growing Data Management team.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to define scalable architectures, ensure alignment with business objectives, and support successful implementation of modern data management platforms.

You will play a key role in helping organizations improve data quality, governance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation capabilities.

Tasks

• Design end-to-end MDM and PIM solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture discussions and advise clients on best practices within Data Management.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define data models, governance structures, workflows, and integration approaches.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform selection, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder sessions, and solution reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices within MDM, PIM, and Data Governance domains.

Required Skills

• Experience with STIBOSTEP or Clollibra
• Extensive experience working as a Solution Architect, MDM Architect, Data Architect, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise data models and complex integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management principles.
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• FluentEnglish.
• Based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary or Poland

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Informatica MDM, Semarchy, SAP MDG, Pimcore, Akeneo, Syndigo, or similar solutions.
• Experience within manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern integration technologies.
• Experience leading international implementation projects.
• German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
