To strengthen our Excellence Hub in Pilsen, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Finance & Corporate Services team.

Software Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, and developing IT solutions in the areas of accounting, finance, and controlling, with a focus on SAP FI/CO
• Gathering and evaluating customer requirements regarding technical feasibility (demand management)
• Advising customers on technical development, the implementation of new technologies, and IT-supported process optimization
• Implementing, testing, further developing, and maintaining applications in the finance/controlling area, with a focus on FI/CO
• Providing international third-level support and operating SAP applications
• Project management and participation, including technical supervision of project staff, as well as monitoring project progress and costs
• Managing external service providers for development and support tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Strong knowledge of business administration
• Experience with the SAP FI and CO modules
• Knowledge of SAP technologies such as ABAP/4, ABAP OO, and SAP FIORI is desirable
• Experience in business consulting, demand management, and service provider management
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Customer focus, a team-oriented approach, and strong communication skills with internal and external partners
• High degree of flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
