Service Manager Digital Workplace & Collaboration (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Workplace (e.g. Desktops, Mobile Devices, Virtual Desktops) service across lifecycles

• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint) in line with business needs

• Lead, coordinate and develop the internal team and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance

• Ensure governance, security and compliance of the Digital Workplace environment

• Drive user adoption, enablement and value realization of collaboration tools

• Coordinate and ensure workplace-related ITSM processes

• Support digital workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint)

• Coordinate rollout, adoption and enablement of workplace technologies and capabilities

• Monitor service performance and user satisfaction

• Ensure governance, compliance and security of collaboration environments

• Coordinate ITSM processes (incident, request, change) with internal teams and providers

• Manage and steer internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant professional experience (7-10 years) in Digital Workplace and Collaboration Management (including M365 services) service ownership, provider management, user adoption and governance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
