People Development Expert EMEA (all genders)

full-time position in our Division Human Resources in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Oversight and management of people development initiatives and key people cycles across EMEA, including performance, talent and engagement programs
• Acting as a Key point of contact for HR teams and stakeholders across countries, ensuring alignment, consistent execution and high-quality delivery of global talent management and development programs
• Desinging and supporting regional rollout of strategic people initiatives, aligning development programs with business priorities and local requirements
• Managing timelines, milestones and dependencies across multiple initiatives, including transparent reporting on progress, risks and key metrics to senior stakeholders
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and scaling of HR development programs, identifying opportunities to strengthen their impact and consistency across EMEA

Your profile:

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a comparable field
• Experience in HR development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, project management or organizational development in an international environment
• Good understanding of HR development processes and experience working with talent, performance, engagement or learning initiatives
• Experience in coordinating projects and programs across multiple stakeholders, countries and organizational levels
• Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders and senior management
• Fluency in English (C1); good knowledge of German and/or another European language is an advantage
