Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Collection & Solution Implementation -Gather and consolidate IT requirements from European overseas offices; develop response plans and oversee implementation. -Provide on-site IT support as needed, including international travel.
Project Coordination & Management -Coordinate and track IT projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
IT Operations & Incident Management -Manage IT operations including incident and fault management. -Perform daily troubleshooting and continuously optimize IT services.
Budget & Cost Management -Prepare IT budgets and monitor IT expenditures.
Asset Management & Digitalization -Manage day-to-day IT assets: procurement forecasting, process optimization, statistics, coordination, and asset digitalization.
Overseas Infrastructure Coordination -Coordinate and implement other IT infrastructure tasks for overseas offices (e.g., leased lines, printer rentals, etc.).
Other IT-related duties as assigned. 负责欧洲海外办事处，需根据需要出国提供IT支持，并具备IT基础设施0-1级搭建经验。

其他IT相关工作。

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or a related field; 3+ years of IT operations management experience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Qualifications:

Proficient in daily operation and maintenance of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
Solid networking knowledge – capable of diagnosing and resolving small LAN issues.
Strong communication and stress management skills.
Good team player with a strong willingness to learn.
Overseas IT operations experience and EU permanent residence permit (Green Card) preferred.
本科及以上学历，信息技术相关专业，3年以上IT运维管理经验。优秀的英语和中文沟通能力。
熟悉Windows、Mac、Linux等操作系统的日常运维。
具备网络知识，能够诊断和处理小型局域网故障。
沟通能力强，抗压能力强。
具有良好的团队合作精神和学习意愿。
拥有海外IT运维经验和欧盟绿卡者优先考虑。
