ME Technician Process Technologies

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Supervision of production facilities in manufacturing while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives
• Support for manufacturing in process optimizations
• Optimal design of welding connections in collaboration with product development
• Document creation for production, planning, and project management
• Participation in the training of new employees
• Participation in daily shop floor management
• Collaboration in improvement workshops according to the Kaizen philosophy and support in the creation of risk assessments for machines and systems

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
• Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
• Team-oriented working approach
• Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
• Good IT knowledge
