As Financial Manager Operations (f/m/d) you are responsible for the daily servicing of the Credit and Treasury portfolio of Siemens Bank GmbH, the maintenance of Bank accounts and act as contact person for all Operations related topics.

Your key responsibilities.

• Your tasks will include all administrative tasks to maintain the credit book of Siemens Bank within our credit management system:

• Review and assessment of syndicated and bilateral loan documentation
• Entering contract data into the loan contract management system
• Reflection and strong understanding of all events during the lifecycle of our transactions as loan utilizations, interest and fee calculations as well as payment reconciliation

• Validation, confirmation and settlement of treasury transactions such as deposit business and refinancing transactions in close alignment with front office
• Administrate the Nostro accounts of Siemens Bank and always ensure an accurate settlement process
• Support internal and external Audits and keep process descriptions up to date
• Collaboration with other internal departments like Treasury Front Office, Credit Risk Management, Risk Controlling, Financial Accounting and Regulatory Reporting
• Lead the specification and testing of new system capabilities to ensure improvements in the day-to-day business
• We trust in your self-enablement to critically review existing processes and make suggestions which help to increase the profitability and efficiency of the organization

• Education & Experience:

• University degree in Economics or Business Administration with focus on finance or comparable education and first experience in syndicated loan business, preferably in loan administration/ operations
• Alternatively, you possess a completed vocational training in banking, supplemented by qualified further education and specialized additional qualifications and you have gained several years of professional experience in a banking or financial services environment with focus on loan administration

• Expertise & Skills:

• Experience in project work would be preferable
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Ideally, hands-on experience with Loan IQ and Murex
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit and lending products, including their operational management across the full loan lifecycle
• Solid understanding of loan documentation, treasury products, and bank- internal control processes
• First experience with low-code and automation tools would be beneficial

• Ways of Working: A strong teamwork ethic, good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail characterize your way of working
• Languages: Business proficiency in German and English
