For our Project Management department at our location Bremerhaven and Bobenheim we are looking for a colleague who starts basis at the earliest possible date as Project Manager (f/m/d)

Project Manager for Production and Technical Operations (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You analyze the current state of operations, monitor financial and operational KPIs to measure process effectiveness, and recommend actions to achieve defined targets.
• You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and leadership of various projects, including budget accountability.
• You assemble cross-functional project teams, coordinate resources and activities, and act as the key interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• You transfer successful best-practice approaches to our other production sites and support local project teams in implementing them

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Successfully completed degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in project management within a manufacturing environment; knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methodologies is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills for effective and collaborative communication with all project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to visualize ideas effectively.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
• Willingness to travel regularly to our production sites.
