Lawyer Junior - Financial Services Operation

The opportunity
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you will have the opportunity to develop your
professional career supporting large-scale operational processes within the Financial Services sector. You will work
in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to the efficient management of high-volume administrative
and operational activities while gaining exposure to industry-leading practices and methodologies.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the accurate execution of operational processes and
supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and client service.

Your key responsibilities
· Analysis, preparation, execution and resolution of cases in accordance with established criteria, policies
and operational procedures, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery to the final client.
· Review, validation and maintenance of data and documentation in accordance with established
procedures.
· Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.
· Execution of quality control activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
· Participation in process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and quality
enhancement.
· Adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements applicable to operational
processes.

To qualify for the role, you must have
· Degree in Law, Business Administration, Law + Business Administration or similar
· High level of English (B2/C1)
· Interest in the financial sector.
· Previous internship or professional experience in operations, back-office, administrative services, shared
services, financial services environments or the insurance sector.

Ideally, you’ll also have
· Specialized master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Risk
Management or related fields.
· Experience working in multinational or global environments.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
· Familiarity with operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
· Strong administrative and data management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneously.
