About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supervisor to support our Assistance AlarmCentre teams. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of our 24/7 emergency response services, supporting Nordic travellers in need across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of assistance coordinators handling emergency medical and travel-related cases.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority cases.
- Liaise with medical providers, hospitals, and international partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive coaching, training, and feedback.
- Participate in shift planning and support Team Leaders.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in emergency medical assistance or travel insurance assistance (minimum 3-4years).
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Fluency in English; and a Nordic language
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
