Schedule Manager at atNorth

We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler Manager to lead programme controls on a multi-contractor data centre construction programme. This role owns the master integrated schedule, manages schedule submissions and reviews across multiple contractors, and provides the Owner's Engineer team with the analysis and reporting needed to track programme health, forecast completion, and support commissioning readiness.

This is a hands-on leadership position: you will both manage a small team of planners/schedulers and remain personally engaged in schedule development, critical path analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain and update project programmes across all phases, including design, procurement, construction and commissioning

· Own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all contractors, consolidating individual contractor schedules (XER exchange) into a unified programme view

· Lead the schedule review and acceptance process: define submission requirements, run quality checks, and enforce baseline discipline

· Manage WBS structure, activity coding standards, and progress measurement methodology across contractors

· Produce regular progress reporting: S-curves, critical path analysis, look-ahead schedules, and variance/trend analysis for programme leadership

· Track schedule risk and identify critical path shifts, and interface/dependency issues between contractors early

· Support commissioning sequencing and milestone tracking in coordination with commissioning and engineering teams

· Liaise directly with contractor planning teams to resolve schedule discrepancies and drive alignment

· Present schedule status and forecasts to Owner, contractor, and stakeholder audiences

Your profile:

· Degree in suitable field of engineering

· Expertise in Primavera P6, including EPS architecture, activity coding, LOE relationships, and baseline management

· Experience managing multi-contractor IMS environments, including schedule integration via XER file exchange

· Strong track record producing S-curve, critical path, and progress analysis for large capital projects

· Experience in data centre, mission-critical, or other complex industrial construction programmes

· Working knowledge of data centre systems relevant to scheduling: cooling infrastructure (CRAH, CDU, chillers), power distribution (RMU, switchgear, PDU/PEM), and commissioning milestone frameworks

· People management experience — able to lead, coach, and hold a small technical team accountable

· Ability to work in English, Finnish skills seen as an advantage

· Background check is conducted to all our employees
