Product Coordinator/Manager

The Product Manager or Coordinator in the Digital Innovation Hub supports the lifecycle management of products and services, with a primary focus on digital products while also contributing to broader product and service business development initiatives. Coordinates collaboration and activities across business, technology, and external partners to support successful product delivery, operation, and continuous improvement. Supports product management activities throughout the product lifecycle to maximize business value.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the lifecycle management of products and services, including delivery, operation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate collaboration across business, technology, and external stakeholders, including facilitating meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Act as a driving force in product-related initiatives by proactively coordinating stakeholders, identifying dependencies and issues, and ensuring agreed actions are progressed to completion.
• Support product portfolio, roadmap, and governance processes, including related documentation, communications, and reporting.
• Facilitate the collection, documentation, and communication of business needs and requirements.
• Monitor and report product-related performance metrics and status information.
• Support the adoption of product management practices, tools, and ways of working.
• Contribute to the continuous development of digital products, services, and related processes.
• Lead and coordinate nominated NZEE projects, ensuring project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.

You will bring with you:

• Studies in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field, with an understanding of business processes, digital solutions, and product management.
• Understanding of product portfolio, roadmap, and governance processes.
• Experience in coordinating activities across business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile ways of working.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with modern product management, collaboration, and digital service management tools and practices.
