People Lead

RCL Services is looking for a motivated individuals to join our Insource Business Unit as a People Lead on a 6 months secondment. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the People Lead will be responsible for mentoring a team of contact centre agents, motivating and developing them into a high performing team

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Create an innovative, achievement oriented culture
• Manage and ensure outstanding collections outcomes
• Recruiting, inducting, developing and motivating employees
• Audit and identify training and development needs and resource allocation
• Facilitate feedback and Internal and external reporting
• Managing employee relations and performance

• Have a proven experience in a leadership role
• Able to create a shared vision and overarching goals for the team and develop a plan to connect individuals
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and prioritise effectively
• To be result oriented, quality focused, resilient, energetic and positive
