We're hiring an EMEA Enablement Program Manager to own the full enablement lifecycle for our EMEA sales organization, from onboarding through everboarding. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who wants to build deep, lasting partnerships with regional sales leadership and have a direct hand in driving revenue expansion across the region.
You'll report to the Head of Global Revenue Enablement and work closely with EMEA sales leadership, AEs, SEs, and BDRs to make sure the region has the training, coaching, and content it needs to sell well and grow accounts.
What you'll do
- Help design and run onboarding programs that get new EMEA sales hires productive quickly
- Build ongoing training and certification paths that keep reps sharp well past their first 90 days (everboarding), covering product, process, and selling skills
- Partner closely with local sales leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps tied to revenue expansion goals in EMEA
- Localize and adapt global enablement content, playbooks, and messaging for EMEA markets and buyer contexts
- Run and reinforce call coaching, roleplay, and skill-building sessions with reps and managers
- Track the impact of enablement programs against pipeline, ramp time, and revenue outcomes, and adjust based on what the data shows
- Act as the connective tissue between global enablement strategy and what EMEA sales teams actually need day to day
What we're looking for
- Sales experience is preferred. You should understand what it's like to carry a number and work a deal
- Around 3 years of enablement experience is a plus, but a strong sales background with a genuine interest in enablement will also be considered
- A track record of building trusted, close working relationships with sales leaders
- Comfort designing and delivering training content, whether that's a workshop, a coaching framework, or a certification program
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
- Based in or near the UK preferred, given the regional focus of this role
