Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
£30,000–£32,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Bonuses
📍 Based in Burton-on-Trent 🕑 Monday–Friday | 2:00pm–10:00pm
We're looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Mobile Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.
You'll support our cleaning teams across Burton, Derby, Nottingham, Lichfield, Tamworth and surrounding areas, ensuring our sites remain clean and our customers are happy.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Supporting and supervising cleaning teams ✔ Carrying out site visits and quality audits ✔ Training and inducting new cleaners ✔ Covering sickness and holiday absence when required ✔ Conducting trial shifts for new applicants ✔ Building great relationships with customers

You'll need:
- Commercial cleaning experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Great people and communication skills
- To be organised, proactive and happy to travel
Some morning and occasional weekend on-call support (telephone only) forms part of the role.
