Manufacturing Associate II – Warehouse
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Associate II serves as a key point of contact within the Warehouse Department, providing guidance and support to new, temporary, and full-time team members with general questions, job methods, and daily warehouse processes.
The Manufacturing Associate II helps communicate information between team members, senior associates, Supervisors, and upper management while supporting the daily workflow of the Warehouse Department. This role helps ensure assigned areas remain organized, properly stocked, and operational throughout the shift.
During non-peak periods, the Manufacturing Associate II also performs hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including picking orders, restocking inventory, receiving materials, supporting inventory control, and assisting with other warehouse functions as needed.
Shift
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Must have flexibility to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM when needed to support closing or receiving operations.
Peak season schedule may vary based on business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Instruct and support new, temporary, and full-time team members
- Demonstrate proper warehouse procedures and job methods to team members
- Assist with tracking orders and materials to support timely production and customer service
- Keep the Department Supervisor updated on workflow status throughout the shift
- Provide feedback regarding team member performance to the Supervisor
- Report personnel conflicts or concerns to the Supervisor
- Foster positive and cooperative relationships among team members
- Manage inventory by replenishing and requesting supplies for the department or assigned area
- Follow established picking procedures to complete production orders accurately and within required timelines
- Accurately restock incoming inventory and record items as required
- Assist with inventory control checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support receiving activities and incoming shipments as needed
- Use warehouse systems, computers, or tablets to support picking and inventory functions
- Assist with the movement and organization of materials throughout the warehouse
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
- Ensure established PPE and safety requirements are followed
- Reinforce the importance of attendance and punctuality while setting a positive example for other team members
- Support additional warehouse responsibilities based on daily operational needs
- Report to the Department Supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of warehouse, inventory, production, or related operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and mentor new, temporary, and full-time team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with team members, Supervisors, and upper management
- Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- General mathematical ability
- Basic Windows-based computer skills
- Ability to learn and use warehouse systems and tablet-based applications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $16.50/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
