Description

We're currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Processes and System Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team.

(This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 28/02/2028)

About the Role

This key role combines HR systems administration, data management and process improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining the HR system (iTrent), ensuring data accuracy and managing the structure to support the HR data lifecycle.

Working with colleagues in the HR and Payroll team and across the university, to help ensure that our HR service is efficient, and aligned with the University’s strategic aims.Producing management information and driving efficiencies through digital solution including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.

This role would suit someone with a solid grounding in data administration who is looking to develop their experience in a varied and busy role. You’ll enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and finding practical solutions. In return, you’ll join a supportive team where your ideas are valued, and where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and shape the way we deliver our HR service.

  • Database management, inc data accuracy, quality and integrity
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational (prioritise /planning) skills
  • Computer literacy, (Microsoft Word and Forms, Excel and Power automate)
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • HR experience

Salary Grade 6 - Starting from £33,951 per annum

This is a Full Time Fixed Term position covering Maternity Leave until 28th February 2028
