Job Overview
Performs maintenance management by supervising the maintenance team, establishes priorities in maintenance schedules, and ensures Safety, Health & 5S of all the equipment and working Environment.
Job Requirements
- Implementing and sustaining total productive maintenance, monitoring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents.
- Scheduling and executing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis for equipment downtime, and implementing preventive actions.
- Maintaining manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and managing the department budget.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
