Agency BD & Incubation Manager (Dutch Speaking) - TikTok LIVE

The LIVE Operations team is passionate about everything related to TikTok LIVE — from creator and content strategy to monetization, gifting, product features, data analysis, campaigns, and building a fun and safe LIVE ecosystem.

We are looking for a LIVE Agency Operations Manager to grow TikTok LIVE's agency ecosystem in the Netherlands. This role will focus on acquiring, onboarding, incubating and growing local agencies, while building long-term strategic partnerships that drive creator supply and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute agency acquisition and growth strategies based on market insights, competitive analysis and business priorities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agencies, identify high-potential partners and establish long-term partnerships.
• Lead agency onboarding, incubation and activation, including workshops, training and tailored growth plans.
• Own agency performance goals and KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve agency and creator growth, retention and monetization.
• Partner with agencies to improve creator recruitment, creator management, content quality and LIVE performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support agency needs, resolve operational issues and scale best practices across the market.
• Stay close to local market trends and provide insights on the Dutch creator, agency and livestreaming ecosystem.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management or operations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners.
• Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of or interest in the creator economy, influencer ecosystem, livestreaming or social media.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively manage Dutch-speaking agency partners and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in livestreaming, social media, creator economy, tech, or entertainment.
• Existing network within the Dutch creator, influencer, talent management or livestreaming ecosystem.
• Proven experience in partnership negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch digital content and creator market.
