Job Description

As our Sportsbook Propositions Executive at Ladbrokes, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Proposition plan, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will support the Proposition Manager in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimisation of the proposition budget to deliver maximum ROI and KPIs.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified customer experience across multiple touch points, maximising the performance of our proposition. You will also be responsible for analysing and communicating the performance of the propositions and to make recommendations for continuous improvements to better attract, reward and retain new and existing customers.

Qualifications

What you will do

• Support the Proposition Manager in the creation of the Sportsbook proposition plan
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including CRM, Performance Marketing, Content & Brand Marketing to deliver a unified Sportsbook Proposition
• Oversee the campaign creation and execution of the Proposition plan. This includes the mechanics and pay out structures as well as briefing Sportsbook Promotions, CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, CS, Operations, Content and any other relevant stakeholders
• Working closely with the Compliance team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the full terms for all current and future promotions.
• Planning and sign-off on Promotional campaigns and Product launches
• Daily & weekly analysis of promotional engagement, cost, and ROI
• Own and deliver key initiatives to drive weekly performance on the back of opportunities identified in promotional analysis
• Conduct frequent market and competitor analysis with a focus on promotions and retention tactics
• Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customers

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for sport (UK focus ideal), with an understanding of what engages betting audiences
• Proven experience planning and delivering promotional campaigns
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident analysing data, tracking performance, and telling the story behind the numbers
• Excellent communication skills, with exemplary written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Experience with customer retention and CRM tactics
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
• Solid IT skills – especially Excel, plus confidence using Word and PowerPoint
