NDT Technician II

Highly experienced NDT Technicians with over 10 years of experience performing Non-Destructive Testing inspections across the oil & gas, marine, mining, and industrial sectors. Qualified in Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with ISO 9712 standards. Extensive experience in Computer Radiography (CR) and asset integrity inspections, with proven capability working in remote and challenging environments, including major projects in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

• Perform NDT inspections using RT, MT, UT, and PT techniques in accordance with ISO 9712 requirements.

• Conduct Computer Radiography (CR) examinations and interpretation of radiographic images.

• Inspect pressure vessels, piping systems, structural components, and process equipment.

• Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and integrity assessment records.

• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry regulations, and quality management systems.

• Support integrity management programs and asset life extension initiatives.

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and client representatives to deliver inspection services safely and efficiently.

• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to applicable standards.

• Participate in shutdown, maintenance, and construction projects in onshore and offshore environments.

• ISO 9712 Certified:

1.Radiographic Testing (RT)

2.Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

3.Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

4.Penetrant Testing (PT)

• Computer Radiography (CR) certification and practical experience.
• Valid radiation safety certification (where applicable).
• Strong understanding of relevant international inspection codes and standards.
