We are looking for a Data & BI Specialist to join our Finance, Reporting & Analytics team at our HQ offices in Athens and to contribute to our data and digital transformation journey.
Reporting to the BI & Analytics Manager, you will combine strong technical skills with business understanding to turn data into meaningful insights, dashboards and reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on role covering the full data and BI lifecycle, from understanding data sources and designing data models to data integration, analysis and dashboard development.
Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Partner with Finance and business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop management dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting solutions.
- Translate business needs into meaningful data models and visualizations.
- Analyze trends, business performance and operational metrics.
- Support decision-making through insights and data-driven recommendations.
Data & Analytics
- Develop SQL queries and data transformations across multiple source systems.
- Design and maintain data models, semantic models and reporting datasets.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and Power BI (DAX measures, calculations and KPIs)
- Integrate and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs.
- Monitor data quality, accuracy and performance of reporting solutions.
- Document data models, business rules and reporting logic.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or modern data platforms.
- Strong Power BI development experience.
- Understanding of data modelling, Data Warehousing and Star Schema concepts.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and business reporting solutions.
- Experience with Azure Data Services will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience migrating or modernizing BI and Data Warehouse environments will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into reporting solutions.
